Have you ever wondered what Mindfulness is, how it can improve your mental wellbeing, put you back in control in your life and increase your general happiness?
Come along to the taster session as an experienced tutor will answer all of these questions and more!
This relaxed and informal session, gives you the chance to participate in seated meditation and breathing exercise. If you feel it works for you, afterwards you may decide to attend the full course!
This will be the perfect opportunity to de-stress and have time to yourself to relax after a busy week at work.
The cost of the session is £5.00 and will be held at the old Girls School Community Centre.
Taking place on Wednesday the 30th of January 2019 at 1:30pm till 2:30pm.
The sessions are also taking place at Tadcaster library on the same date but from 6:30pm till 7:30pm.
