The UCI Road World Cycling Championships are being held in Yorkshire this year. The event is running from the 21st -29th September 2019 across Yorkshire. There are various road closures and parking restrictions in place throughout the event.

There is a race on the 21st September which goes through some of the villages in our local area and a race on the 27th September which goes through Sherburn and some of the surrounding villages. There will be various road closures and parking restrictions during certain times along both of these routes.
