The Sherburn in Elmet Gala Association are appealing for volunteers to help brighten up the Sherburn village with Christmas lights.
Each year the Gala Association give up their weekend to decorate the village with Christmas lights – and year upon year they do an excellent job. They are appealing for any volunteers that can help get Sherburn into the Christmas spirit. If you can spare an hour or two to help put up the Christmas lights, then please meet the Gala committee outside the Swan pub in Sherburn on Saturday November 26th at 9am or Sunday the 27th at 8am.
