Catherine Forsyth founder of ‘Mindfit Yorkshire’
Catherine is a Mental Health & Well-being Practitioner with 30+yrs experience within the NHS & private sector where she worked as a Staff Nurse, Ward Sister and a Best Interests Assessor assessing people’s mental capacity.
Catherine has recently transitioned from her clinical role to establish ‘Mindfit Yorkshire’ in Sherburn in Elmet with her focus being to support individuals in the business community facing mental health & wellbeing challenges, doing so with a nine judgemental approach and listening ear.
Catherine provides practical support tailed to individual needs.
