Accountability Coaching & Personal Training Package

Features:

  1. Initial chat to discuss goals, mindset, health concerns, training frequency, equipment availability, nutrition, sleep etc.
  2. Mid-Week Touch Point via message on Wednesday to keep abreast of progress & to offer motivation & advice.
  3. Check in form to be submitted by you once a week, normally Friday or Saturday.
    Feedback will be received via video message within 24 hours of check in submission.
  4. Monitoring of food diary via My Fitness Pal app (or other if you have preference).
  5. Training programs to be delivered & updated on the True Coach App & to be completed at home or in the gym. (Programs updated around 6-8 weeks depending on requirements & the number of times they have been completed)
  6. Feedback will be given on Training & Exercises.
  7. Videos will be submitted regularly for critique of technique & form (posture).
  1. Personal progress tracking using scale weight, photos & circumference measurements.
    (Individual Performance Goal Metrics can also be recorded where requested)
  2. Bio feedback questionnaire to assess & work on gut health.
    Option to have blood work analysed for potential health markers that can be addressed through nutrition changes. (full panel bloods can be arranged at extra cost or reports can be supplied to me if these are already done)
  3. Member of a Private Facebook group to build community & motivation between clients.
  4. Access to all of my Online group exercise classes by attending live or afterwards by a stream-able link.

The Package price is £195 per month with a minimum sign-up period of 3 consecutive months.
