Advertising Consent for New Dominos Granted

During the most recent Sherburn in Elmet Planning Committee meeting, the Sherburn Parish Council granted Dominos Pizza advertising consent for an illuminated sign and two logos to be installed on their new premises.

The UK’s leading pizza group is set to take over the vacant HSBC building on 10 Low Street, Sherburn in Elmet.  Dominos has yet to announce their new store opening publically, however, planning permission for the old HSBC building to be turned into a Dominos was granted earlier this year in February.

We contacted Dominos’ Head Office to see if they were able to shed some light on when we could expect the grand opening but they declined to answer.

It seems things are moving slowly and Sherburn in Elmet is unlikely to see Dominos open until some time next year.
