ARC Workwear & PPE Limited (www.arcltd.uk), a leading Leeds based provider of workwear to the SME and Blue-Chip sector, has acquired Merch Stall Limited, a manufacturer and provider of screen-printed leisure wear to the music and designer brand sector. The acquisition includes the designer brand “AS THIEVES”.

We have exciting plans for the AS THIEVES brand which is in its infancy but has seen considerable success recently.”
Joe Tilston, Managing Director of Merch Stall is staying with the business and will continue to be responsible for operations. Tilston commented

ARC Workwear and PPE was established over 10 years ago by Rebecca and Anthony Chapman and this is the first acquisition that the Sherburn-in-Elmet based operation has made. Merch Stall was founded by Joe Tilston and is presently based in Keighley.
