Creative Shed Agency is looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Executive to join their fast-growing business based in Sherburn in Elmet, although flexible working or job-sharing may be an option. Creative Shed Agency consists of a small professional team serving multi-national and UK clients, ranging from small local accounts to larger corporate organisations.
As Sales and Marketing Executive you will be responsible for handling key accounts and managing one-off projects. This will be a hands-on role with some reporting and analysis required. On occasion, a small amount of travel may be required, including trips abroad.
Responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing marketing programmes, including social media campaigns and website updates
- Organising events and developing publicity and marketing materials
- Creative design work including newsletters and presentations
- Face to face, online and ’phone communication with customers and potential customers
- Some supervisory duties and working as part of a team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong customer orientation and experience of providing excellent customer service
- An aptitude for generating new ideas to create campaigns of relevance to our customers
- The ability and drive to identify and follow through on opportunities for business development
- At least a basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), although higher levels of expertise would be advantageous – Candidates without high-level skills will be expected to undertake additional training, which will be provided
- Demonstrably excellent interpersonal awareness and skills
- The ability to understand and use the marketing mix to full effect
- A good understanding of B2B marketing
- Good people management skills and experience in a supervisory role
- Effective communication skills
- The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
