Headteacher, Maria Williams, was delighted with the results and is thrilled that despite stiff competition and the demanding entry requirements of top universities, every student who applied to Higher Education secured a University place, with most being successful in their first choice and nearly half at Russell Group Universities.  “A Levels are such an important milestone in a student’s life and employers and universities will look at them closely.  It’s fantastic to see our students achieve such outstanding results that will stay with them throughout their lives. The results reflect the continual improvement of the school and the incredible hard work and commitment from the staff and students.” We also had eight students who took an IT A Level a year early, they began in Year 11 and have achieved 4 A*, 3 As and 1E between them; they worked incredibly hard and thoroughly deserve their success: A* – Adam Catton, Liam Donegan, Barney Johnson, Ella Walton. A – Alison Ellis, Rhys Gray, James Webster. E – Tom Bolland.
