Stage Door Performing Arts – New Term

Run by Claire and Jon Moses, Stage Door Performing Arts has been well established in Sherburn and the surrounding area since Summer 2018. Principals and teachers Claire and Jon Moses both have years of experience in the Performing Arts industry and are both highly trained. They teach acting, singing and dancing to children aged 4-16 years of age and aim to boost the skills and confidence of the children who attend whilst providing a fun environment to learn in.

At Stage Door Performing Arts they have regular shows to showcase the talent and hard work of the students including a yearly show at The Riley Smith Hall. In addition to this, the students can benefit from workshops, theatre trips and exams, all of which help to improve and further the students performing arts knowledge and skills.

Some of their standout performances from last year include Wizard of Oz and Sherburn’s Got Talent.

The new term starts Saturday 11th January 2020. Classes are held at Hungate Primary School for children aged 4-6 and 7-16 on Saturdays with new classes on Wednesdays starting 15th January. Contact Stagedoor Performing Arts for more information and to book your child’s free taster session.
