Valleon Fitness Personal Training is run by Amanda who offers 1 to 1 personal training services which include a personalised program and training designed specifically to meet your goals.
As well as a 1 to 1 service and personal workout plan, Valleon Fitness Personal Training also offers customers a free initial consultation, nutritional support and free access to Amanda’s Sherburn Fitcamp outdoor class which she runs twice a week at the Sherburn White Rose Football Club.
Valleon Fitness Personal Training also offers group training which can be an economical alternative to 1 to 1 personal training. You get all the benefits of 1 to 1 training but at a reduced cost per person. Group sizes can be between 2 and 4 people.
