The classes are friendly and welcoming, giving you the opportunity to meet other mums-to-be. A mix of poses, stretches and breathing exercises ideal to prepare your body and mind for labour and birth. Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience required.
The Mindful Yoga approach to Birth Preparation
Practise the yoga, mindfulness and relaxation you love to prepare for the birth of your baby. The unique 4-week course will leave you and your birth partner informed, empowered and excited for the arrival of your little one. Packed full of practical ways for you both to navigate labour feeling calm and in control. Suitable from 30 weeks of pregnancy.
